Payments between businesses and their clients
ServicePay Portal is software used by independent businesses to bill their own clients. Refunds for a service or deposit are governed by the policy of the business you paid, not byServicePay Portal. If you paid a business through a ServicePay Portal link or invoice and want a refund, contact that business directly. Businesses can issue full or partial refunds from their dashboard, which are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
ServicePay Portal subscription fees
Subscription fees you pay to ServicePay Portal for use of the platform are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Disputes & chargebacks
Payment disputes for client transactions are handled through Stripe between the client and the business. ServicePay Portal is not a party to those transactions.
